General Information

  1. Where is The Address Connolly located?

The Address Connolly sits on Amiens Street, Dublin 1, D01 X6P6. It is directly opposite Connolly Station (train/light-rail) and within walking distance of bus and Luas tram stops, making it very easy to access transport across Dublin or further afield.

It is also close to the city centre and just minutes from major areas like the IFSC, main shopping streets, and many cultural or entertainment venues.

  1. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, at an extra fee.

  1. Does the hotel offer luggage storage?

Yes, complimentary luggage storage is available for guests before check-in and after check-out.

 

Rooms & Amenities

  1. What kinds of rooms and amenities are offered?

The hotel offers a range of rooms: Classic, Club rooms, and Suites, including options for families. All rooms include standard amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a laptop safe, tea/coffee making facilities, and ironing facilities.

There is a spa & wellness centre, available at an extra charge, and a gym which is available for all guests. For our Club Room or Club Suite guests, we also offer access to our private rooftop Club Lounge offering panoramic views of Dublin City, this Club Lounge is the perfect area to unwind after a day of meetings or exploring Dublin’s attractions. The hotel is smoke-free; all rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking.

  1. Are accessible rooms available?

Yes, accessible rooms are available and equipped with features to support guests with reduced mobility. Please check availability at the time of booking.

  1. Is room service available?

Room service is available during designated hours for guests who prefer to dine in.

 

Dining

  1. Does the hotel provide dining options?

Yes, there is an on-site restaurant/bar NORTH eatery that offers international cuisine, cocktails, craft beers and wines. The dining area is relaxed and suitable for lunch or dinner.

  1. Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast inclusion depends on the package booked. Both room-only and bed-and-breakfast options are available. If it is not included in original booking, it is available to purchase.

Facilities & Services

  1. Is laundry service available?

Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available; same-day turnaround may be possible depending on timing.

  1. Is the hotel accessible and family-friendly?

Yes, there are lifts (elevators) in the hotel for upper floors. The hotel offers family rooms and can accommodate multiple room configurations (doubles, twins, etc.). There are services like luggage storage, 24-hour reception, laundry, and concierge/tour assistance.

 

Special Requests

  1. Are there any extras or special services available?

Within the hotel, there is a sauna, hydrotherapy pool, & relaxation area for guests, available at an extra charge. Gym is complimentary for all guests. For Club Rooms & Suites there is access to the private rooftop Club Lounge. Reception/concierge can assist with travel, taxis, tours and general queries. The Address Connolly offers early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability at an extra fee, and must be organised with reception before arrival.

  1. Are there any special amenities I can add to my stay? (i.e. chocolates, prosecco, flowers)?

Of course, these can be ordered online throughout checkout or you can contact us directly. Flowers must be ordered in advance of arrival as they are sourced externally.

 

Parking & Transport

  1. Is there parking available? What transport access is available?

The hotel itself does not have its own car-park. However there are a few car parks nearby (e.g. at Connolly Station, Irish Life Car Park, or IFSC Car Park) that guests can use. They are not affiliated with the hotel and are to be paid for separately. The hotel is in a prime location right across from Connolly Station, and has very convenient access to trains, DART, LUAS, buses and access across Dublin or Ireland.

  1. What about nearby transport and getting around Dublin?

With Connolly Station right opposite the hotel, you have access to national rail, commuter rail (DART), and LUAS (tram/light-rail) which is handy for both local Dublin transport and longer journeys.

Many of Dublin’s main attractions, business district, shopping areas, and entertainment venues are within walking distance or a short ride away.

There is a taxi rank at Connolly Station if you prefer a cab.

  1. Do you offer airport transfers?

While dedicated transfers are not included, staff can assist with booking taxis or advising on local transport options.

 

Policies & Booking

  1. What is the hotel’s booking / payment & cancellation policies?

The cancellation policy at The Address Connolly allows reservations to be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival. However, please note that all advance purchase offers are non-refundable. We would recommend checking your confirmation for the specific cancellation policy related to your booking, as third-party bookings will differ. The hotel accepts major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
